Catherine Schlabowske, Associate at Troester Sharpe, is an attorney with extensive experience navigating complex labor and employment issues. Catherine served as a National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) field examiner and attorney for over 16 years where she investigated unfair labor practice charges, processed representation petitions, litigated cases, and negotiated settlements. During her highly accomplished career at the NLRB, she received the National Labor Relations Board inaugural Gerald A. Brown Award (Investigator of the Year) (2014).
Prior to joining Troester Sharpe, Catherine also worked at an AM Law 100 law firm in the labor relations division where she managed investigations, charges, and complaints against employers before state and federal agencies. She also represented employers in hearings before the NLRB and labor arbitration proceedings.
