Drawing on her extensive experience, Maura now counsels clients on proactive strategies to minimize legal risks and avoid litigation. Her practice includes advising and training on workplace issues such as discipline, leaves of absence, wage and hour compliance, workplace accommodations, and employee terminations. In addition, she defends employers in employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
