Abigail represents companies facing litigation and administrative agency actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII, American Disabilities Act, and Family and Medical Leave Act. She helps her clients make informed decisions and defends their best interest.

Prior to joining Troester Sharpe, Abigail was a law clerk for Honorable James E. Snyder in the Law Division of Circuit Court of Cook County where she assisted in many complex business law and civil law cases. During law school, she was an Associate Editor and a Notes and Comments Editor for the Northern Illinois University Law Review Journal, and worked as Graduate Assistant for her law school’s Academic Success Program, providing tutoring and mentorship to first year law students enrolled in Civil Procedure and Constitutional Law.
